networking researchers of different scientific background and origin country analysing the state, perspectives and strategies of action with respect to the development of rural areas in Europe,

cross nationality and generation research knowledge transfer by the jointly conducted work in the area of rural development,

forwarding the international scientific co-operation in the scope of rural development and farming, in particular undertaking steps devoted to utilisation of the Network experience in international scientific research programmes,

exchange and promotion of scientific experiences and achievements of the participants of the Network in order to support policy makers stakeholders concerned with sustainability of  Europan rural areas development,
